ABOUT ME
I’m a big picture thinker. When I’m ready to design, my decisions are intentional, scalable, and forward-thinking. I believe in strong communication during collaboration and recognizing, then diving into, ambiguities. My strength is translating and prioritizing business goals into technical solutions.
At US Foods, I define the end-to-end user experience from a business perspective. In creating a seamless experience between our marketing and e-commerce platforms, I apply B2C best practices in a B2B industry, delivering high-fidelity concepts in an agile environment.
Lately I’ve been working on my management chops, leading small teams on a couple of products, as well as facilitating a design sprint, and running customer testing, interviews, and surveys.
At Marsh, I was responsible for both the user experience on the digital marketing team, as well as owned the rollout of over 30 country websites, creating a slimmed down information architecture to launch another 40 in 4 months, and training our site managers and authors on Adobe Experience Manager.
When I am not working, I'm searching for something unique to eat or running around (sometimes with a soccer ball at my feet).
