Win Within Baseball | Website redesign
Summary
Win Within Baseball, a youth baseball league in Washington, D.C., was interested in redesigning its website to promote their programs and better organize the content on their site. The first and most important step was to inventory all of the pages on the site and how figure out how each page connected to the next. Understanding the user flows and creating an information architecture were essential to understanding how best to organize the content. The revised site provides quick access to more information on their main programs, as well as call-to-actions to contact/sign up.
THE PROBLEM
The website lacked a clear call-to-action to sign up for programs. In addition, the content could benefit from a clearer information architecture to help visitors navigate around the site.
THE GOAL(S)
Generate more referrals/leads from the website by providing easy-to-find call-to-actions and reorganizing the site to fit the potential paths of visitors.
